11th May 2007(Friday)
Set myself at position and started to work at 5.00pm sharp. I am in charge of tearing and keeping the tickets while my colleague will tag the customers. Around 8.00pm, the first big wave{customers} finally arrived which droves us a sudden busy until my head off. haha.. really have to pay attention to the crowd man. I do not want to lose any tickets. lolzzzz Then, following by another big wave at 9.oopm. huhuhu~~~~~ COOL Man!!! At least I am free at around 11.oopm. My colleague set me free for that night to let me enjoy the fest. YaahOOO!!!! I straight away went to the back stage and looked for my fellow friends volunteering as Schleppers. Luckily that particular time is during the changing slot among performers and I get to have a little chat with them and have a photo with them. hehe.. Later I just stay for a while for the show and headed back to hotel room as I am too tired of standing. I have listened to the performance that night(a bit la). It was really nice. The crowd are enjoying it cause they started to dance with the MUSIC!! Everyone was really enjoying...Hahaha..
After all the Schleppers done with everything, we had supper together and I headed to RUAI after that. Surprisingly, those performers are not going back to their room. Most of them are at RUAI still playing with their instruments. This is soooooo FANTASTIC!!! Well, Iqbal had taken down the video of that moment.. Can't wait to watch it!! End of 1st day..
12th May 2007(Saturday)
Still as usual, set my position and worked at 5.00pm sharp. Somehow I have a feeling that the number of crowds will increase and I will be even more busy then yesterday. Yup, I am correct. I work all the way until 12.00 am. The BIG WAVE just won't stop. By the time I am free, I have to crawl to the back stage and took room key from Iqbal and have to crawl back to the room. hahaha.. It's surely is an extraordinary experience for me. Then, I have to wait for fellow Schleppers again for supper and they finish really late this time cause I was slept already. Since this is the last day of the festival, we have give some wishes to some of the performers and hope that they will come again next year :)
