Woke up around 7.00am in the morning, brush my teeth, get dressed, look myself into a mirror and said, ' Going to have a tough day!'. Yup... is the day of our Marketing Research 200 group to go out from our comfortable zone and survey the population in
Miri. Still remember our group objective? It is all about testing the degree of awareness of
Curtin MBA program in
Miri market.
Along with Jamie and Simon, we had our breakfast at 2020 before we start our mission for the day. The first company we went to is a contractor of Shell. We get to have a little chatting session with General manager as well as '
tao ge nio' of the company. She was very
disappointed of our management because she did not receive any reply from the management of our campus of her letter to ask for students in
Curtin to work for them. In a way, I already got myself a part-time job for this year end,
hehe. Then, we went to 4 banks, 3 insurance company,
Samling corporation, Shell and
Petronas. We have encountered a problem where we unable to meet the staff of Human resource department in Shell and
Petronas due to no advance
appointment before hand. *sigh* We came all the way. I think we just have to try again next week. =) Well, out of 130 data that we have to collect, we only manage until 35 so far. This is kinda
disappointing but we will try our best to do it. Never ever say give up. Have a chance to shop for a while in
Bintang Plaza during lunch time. I went to Arcade to play 'Time Crisis II' to release my tension.
haha... It was fun! Since my parents and sisters are going to visit me early June, I went to a shop to buy some presents for them(their first time ever visit trip to
Miri O.o'''').
By the time I reached home, the clocks
strikes 5.00pm. Was really tired because I have been driving the whole day here and there. I got some rest after that and prepared for that night's event organised by City Club----'City Club Dance Competition'. When I reached to campus, Zack, Marco, Amy, Amanda and Roger have prepared themselves. They look fantastic and gorgeous.
haha.. Then, I proceed to Lt Foyer to look for
perfect spot to sit. I saw Ky, Shaun,
Hiew and others sitting on the spot ready
themselves. Creative Inspiration's team(
Ranulph, Agnes, Mei
Vun,
TK,
Zaza and Amanda) came a bit late and they look nice too(I am the Vice treasurer for that club after all, got to support my team too). The event started off half hour late which is around 8.
oopm. The first group presented is Dance club 1. Ya.. still they are playing with their '
sexiness' which I do not think is
necessary. =P Then, Came a group named '
KSL' and they are amazing. Their moves, dance steps, attitude is cool. Dance club 2 came next. Finally, 'V Dancers' which contains Zack, Amanda, Amy, Marco and Roger ready on the stage.

Well, come to the time to decide who are the winners. Surprisingly amazingly, Creative Inspiration have won the first prize of the night!!! Although It sound weird but yeah.. I am happy too because I can debit more $ into Creative Inspiration account.
haha. V dancers got the second place of the night. Feel a bit
sorry for the group that dance really well(
KSL) cause they do not even have a position. Can understand their feelings actually. Indeed, I really enjoy all the dance performance that night.
